まず、-KeyUsage DigitalSignature で証明書を再作成し
PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> New-SelfSignedCertificate -FriendlyName ＜証明書の名前＞ -DnsName ＜ホスト名＞ -KeyUsage DigitalSignature

作成した証明書でIISのSSL証明書を再設定
IIS ＞ WebSite ＞ Edit Bindings… ＞ https を選択して編集、下部の”SSL Certificate”で、新たに作成した証明書を選択
